The Penobscot River House in Old Town is an 80-unit affordable housing community that provides affordable housing for seniors and persons with disabilities. The one or two-bedroom apartments include heat, water, and electricity, 24-hour emergency maintenance, on-site professional management, on-site laundry and parking.

 

With great views of the Penobscot River, residents enjoy a welcoming community room, onsite resident service coordination and a variety of social and educational activities.
