Club Certification/Certification du Club

Below are the district forms that must accompany the RI MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) in order to certify your club to be able to receive grants from Rotary International and District 7790. The RI MOU form is located at Rotary.org through member access. You must have an account to sign in.  Anyone can set up an account to access a wealth of informative training on grants (and much more) as well as access to the forms needed to certify your club for grants. You will need your member ID number which is located directly above your name in the address box of your Rotarian magazine. Then at Rotary.org, click on "member access" directly under the search box in the upper right hand corner of the home page.
